Moving the Camera Around

You can view your scene from the camera's pespective using the Perspective Window. The camera can be moved using the keyboard in the style of a flight-simulator. The left, right, up and down arrow keys correspond to traditional flight simulator controls and you can move forwards and backwards using the '.' (period) and ',' (comma) keys.

Moving as a virtual space craft can be intutive and enjoyable once you become farmiliar with the controls, however you can move the camera around a lot faster using the Camera window (short-cut 'c'). Three pads are supplied within this window (Pos Pad, Dir Pad and Rot Pad) and pads are used by clicking the mouse button over the pad and moving the mouse around while keeping the button pressed down. Use the Dir Pad to point in any direction, use the Pos Pad to change your position and use the Rot Pad to change your rotational orientation.
